High harvest season
The high season harvest at True Flavor spans from July to December, with specific dates subject to climate conditions. This period witnesses a rapid increase in production in black, white and green peppercorns, reflecting the optimal conditions for harvesting.
While the exact timing is contingent on climatic variations, the efficiency of our processes ensures a swift and bountiful harvest during this timeframe. Shipping timelines are adaptable based on location, allowing us to efficiently distribute our freshly harvested products to meet the demands of markets worldwide.

Low Harvest Season
During the low harvest season, from January to June, True Flavor only produces black and green peppercorns. White peppercorns are not produced in these months since this type of peppercorns needs the most mature peppercorns when harvest, which is only possible in crop season. Therefore, True Flavor engages in a more deliberate approach to meet order fulfillment in low harvest season.
Although harvesting is feasible, a couple of months are allocated to ensure that orders are completed with meticulous attention to the ripening process. While there is product availability, we prioritize respecting the natural maturation process to uphold the exceptional quality of our offerings. Shipping timelines remain contingent on location, ensuring that our commitment to delivering premium products is upheld even during the low harvest season.
